The Qatar Rugby Federation's annual North vs South game was a thrilling showcase of local talent, featuring players from all clubs across Qatar. Eligibility was open to all players, ensuring every club was represented in the game. The teams were uniquely divided by players from countries north and south of the equator. The North team, led by Player Coach Martin De Torres from Wales, who is also the DRFC men's Team captain, faced off against the South team, guided by the coaching duo of Joe Falesiu, a New Zealand/Australian with Tongan heritage, and Michael Brink from South Africa, who also played as the team's first five.
